How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments may be scheduled by using our scheduler online, emailing to info@mtnvalleylotus.com or by calling (802) 560-4775. The online scheduler can be found here on the website, on Facebook, or at Square Online.

Where are you located?

We are located in our new location at 250 Main Street, Suite 306 in Montpelier, VT. The studio can be accessed through the front door and is located on the third floor. There are signs to guide you to the studio.

What should I do if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you need to cancel, please call or email us as soon as possible. We do ask for 48 hours notice to avoid any cancellation charges.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Venmo.

What should I wear to my appointment?

You should feel free to wear whatever is comfortable for you to the appointment. Once you have your consultation with Victoria, for most massages you will be encouraged to dress down to your comfort level. By dressing down you will gain the most benefit from your massage. You will be professionally draped at all times and you will be alone in the room for any required changing before and after the massage. If you would prefer to remain clothed, please inform your massage therapist and arrangements can be made.

What else should I expect during my visit?

You can expect a professional and comfortable experience. Victoria will check in with you throughout the massage to ensure that the massage is everything you expect.

Are you ADA accessible?

There are three sets of stairs that lead up to the studio from the front door. Unfortunately we do not have a ramp to access the rooms. If you need assistance, let Victoria know at booking to make arrangements when possible.
